Devika Kumar is an award-winning senior executive with more than two decades of leadership experience in the legal and professional services sector. As Denham Bramwell’s General Manager, she works closely with the partners to set and deliver the firm’s strategic direction, driving growth, operational excellence, and a strong client-service culture.

Recognised as Law Firm Leader of the Year 2025 by Australasian Lawyer and NZ Lawyer, Devika is known for her ability to lead effective transformation across finance, IT, HR, business development, compliance, and firm operations. She has a strong track record of delivering measurable improvements in performance, governance, and organisational capability.

Devika holds an MBA from Southern Cross University and is an active member of the Australasian Legal Practice Management Association (ALPMA) and AALA (Auckland Association of Legal Administrators). She is committed to building a collaborative, high-performing environment that supports Denham Bramwell’s continued success and the delivery of exceptional service to clients.
