Dunstan Yip – Promoted to Associate
Dunstan Yip joined the firm in August 2022 and was promoted to Senior Solicitor in April 2023. He continues his career progression by stepping into the role of Associate.
Dunstan is a practical and solutions-focused property and commercial lawyer. He has in-depth expertise in residential and commercial conveyancing, leasing, business transactions, and commercial contracts.
Known for his approachable and easy-going nature, Dunstan takes pride in providing clear, strategic guidance that makes complex legal matters straightforward. Anna Becroft – Promoted to Senior Solicitor
Anna Becroft joined Denham Bramwell in March 2022 and was recognised by Doyles as a Rising Star in Family Law in 2024. She has consistently demonstrated a high level of professionalism and dedication in her role as a solicitor.
Her promotion to Senior Solicitor reflects her expertise in family law, where she regularly assists clients in the Family Court with parenting, family violence, paternity, relationship property, PPPR and Oranga Tamariki matters. Suzanne Busch – Promoted to Senior Legal Executive
Suzanne Busch joined our Manukau office in 2021 after working at a mid-size city firm for several years.
Working closely with Brett Abraham, she has become an integral part of the property team with extensive experience in residential conveyancing and subdivision matters.
