Mark Frogley

Mark is an experienced litigator with a broad and diverse practice. He has acted for a wide range of clients, including local authorities, banks, finance companies, insolvency practitioners, insurers, builders, property developers, charitable organisations, companies, and individuals.

In recent years, Mark has acted in numerous defective building cases for both local authorities and private clients, while continuing to maintain a varied general litigation practice. His experience spans building and construction disputes, company and shareholder matters, defamation, employment law, environmental enforcement (including abatement notices, enforcement orders, and prosecutions), family protection and testamentary claims, guarantees, intellectual property, and insolvency matters such as bankruptcy, liquidation, and voidable transactions.
