His experience spans building and construction disputes, company and shareholder matters, defamation, employment law, environmental enforcement (including abatement notices, enforcement orders, and prosecutions), family protection and testamentary claims, guarantees, intellectual property, and insolvency matters such as bankruptcy, liquidation, and voidable transactions.
