Lianka Cuppusamy

Lianka is part of our Family Law team, based in our Manukau office. She advises on a range of matters, including care of children, family violence, Oranga Tamariki, and applications under the Protection of Personal and Property Rights Act.

Lianka is committed to supporting the South Auckland community and takes a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach to her work. She provides clear, practical advice and confident advocacy, with a focus on achieving outcomes that are workable and sustainable for her clients.

Where it is safe and appropriate, Lianka prioritises preserving co-parenting and caregiving relationships. She understands the pressures clients face during Family Court proceedings and works to guide them through the process with clarity and confidence.

Outside of the office, Lianka enjoys spending time with friends and family and getting lost in a good book.
