Alison (Ali) Dymond

Ali is an experienced property and commercial lawyer with more than 20 years of experience advising individuals, businesses, and property owners across a wide range of legal and commercial matters.

Her practice has a particular focus on property and commercial law, including residential and commercial property transactions, retirement village occupation right agreements, leasing, business sales and purchases, commercial agreements and general business advice.

Ali believes that good legal advice starts with understanding the client and what they are trying to achieve. She takes the time to listen, explain things in straightforward terms and identify potential issues early, with the aim of making the legal process as smooth and stress-free as possible.

She brings a wealth of practical knowledge to her clients. Ali particularly enjoys developing long-term relationships with clients and becoming a trusted advisor they can turn to as their personal and business circumstances evolve.

Outside of the law, Ali enjoys spending time with her family and being involved in her local community.
