Sarah Vyle

Sarah is a founding partner of Denham Bramwell and jointly leads the Relationship Property and Family Law team. She has been practicing for over 20 years specialising in relationship and trust property as well as all aspects of family law. Her family law experience includes parenting, paternity, adoption, child support and protection of personal and property rights.

Clients value her clear communication and sound knowledge of the law. Her diligent advice provides them with the options to resolve the issues they face. Sarah takes an empathetic and pragmatic approach to resolving legal issues when relationships are commencing or ending.

Sarah’s expertise and skills are recognised by her inclusion, once again, in the Doyle's Guide as one of New Zealand’s leading family, divorce and relationship property lawyers.

Sarah is trained in collaborative dispute resolution. She endeavours to assist clients to resolve issues in a dignified and respectful way. However, where this is not possible, she will advocate strongly in court.

Well-known and respected within the Family Justice system, Sarah is regularly appointed to represent children in Family Court proceedings. She consistently strives for the best outcomes within the realistic context of the Family Justice System.
