Brett Abraham

Partner

Brett is a founding partner of the firm, a well-trusted advisor and leader of our Property and Commercial Law team. He has extensive experience in general property, commercial and private client work.

Brett’s property expertise spans residential, commercial, rural and retirement villages.

He often assists clients to implement large complex projects, including subdivisions, drafting agreements for off-plan sales prior to completion. Throughout these projects he is always focused on the client’s goals and is known for his responsive approach and good communication.

Brett’s Commercial and Corporate Law practice includes the sale and purchase of businesses, associated lending and securities, entity re-structuring, company formations, limited partnerships, joint ventures, shareholder agreements and share sales and purchases. He also assists commercial clients with finance documentation for lending and associated securities.

Outside of work, Brett’s interests include his family, the sporting endeavours of his children, surfing, skiing, golf, contract bridge, travel, reading, and enjoying the company of friends.
